What we collect and why

We only collect what we genuinely need:

Your name and business email address / business phone number — so we can communicate with you about your project and deliver our services. We don't ask for personal contact details and don't want them.
Website performance data — we use webmaster tools (including Google Search Console and e.g. Bing Webmaster Tools) to monitor how our site performs in search engines. These tools don't track visitors — they show us aggregated search data like which terms surface our site and how often people click through. No personal information is collected.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't store more than we need, and we don't keep it longer than we need to.

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we process your contact data on the basis of legitimate interests (delivering the service you've asked for) and contract performance. Analytics data is processed on the basis of consent, which you give via our cookie banner.

How we keep it safe

We store your data securely and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. If something goes wrong, we'll tell you.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact information for as long as we're working together and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 3 years) in case you get back in touch. Analytics data is retained in line with our provider's standard retention settings.
